The interview process was a smooth, three step process. I was initially contacted to set up a phone screening in which I described some basic information about myself and my work experience, and they gave me a more detailed explanation of the open role. Both the second and third steps involved video chat interviews where I was able to virtually meet a few of the company's employees. They learned about my qualifications and previous work experience and determined whether or not I would be a good fit for the role.

It was the easiest interview process I have ever experienced. There was initial screening with the recruiter followed by an interview with the team I'd be joining. The screening with the recruiter was very straightforward; we talked about my experience and needs of the company to see if I'd be a good fit. The interview with the team was great as well. A lot of times interviews can feel like a test you need to pass, but it was different with HUB. It was simply a group of people getting a feel for one another and discussing expectations. Everyone was very personable as well and took away some of my interview anxiety. I ended up getting offered the position less than 24 hours later. The whole process took about 2 weeks, and I was in constant communication with the recruiter about next steps throughout its entirety. Overall, a wonderful experience!
