Terrible experience. I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter that went well. A couple months passed, no word so I checked in only to have another recruiter say she was filling in as the other one was taking time off indefinitely. Had a first round panel interview that went great, couple months passed didnt hear anything, checked back and they scheduled a third panel interview with high level management. Went great again, couple months passed didn’t hear anything. The whole process took almost an entire year to be ghosted with no real feedback. In the second interview they did ask me how I would solve some issues and I gave them some ideas. 2 years later, the same role is posted. It seems they are not truly hiring, just interviewing to source free ideas on solutions, and to appear to be working towards hiring.
