The interview process was straightforward and professional. I had multiple conversations with member of the team to discuss my background, experience in the insurance industry, and how my skills aligned with my role. Everyone I spoke with was very welcoming and took the time to explain the position, company culture, and expectations.

The whole process was a very positive one from recruitment to interview to onboarding. Team was professional, met deadlines provided and made me feel welcome. Team members have been helpful in mentoring me and open to questions.
