Interview process was a bit longer than normal but was clear and straightforward. Recruiter recommended HUB International. She put us in touch, and the first interview was short and through the phone. I was advised they'd be in touch to schedule the next interview. The next interview was through zoom and was with three senior members of management. After completing this hour-long interview, they requested both a personality test, and a background check. The offer was finally received after I completed both.

The interview process was the best I have ever experienced. I applied on a Sunday, received an initial interview request email the next day. After my initial interview which was that Wednesday, I had my 2nd interview the following Monday with the VP of Commercial Operations, Branch Manager and Team lead which streamlined the interview process. I received an offer the day following my interview. The booking system was seamless, I thoroughly enjoyed the TriMetrix assessment as it gave me a boost of confidence going into the interview.
