      It was very well-rounded as it involved several people (Personal Lines Manager, Producer and SVP) that asked a variety of questions. Some questions pertained to the account manager duties and others on a more personal level to understand the interviewee's perspective and thought process.

      The entire process was a great experience. I responded to an opening on Indeed and I was contacted in a timely manner by a Hub Recruiter. He was kind, responsive and provided me with helpful information to secure an interview which later turned into an offer of employment.

      Entretien

      The entire interview process, from inception to completion, was exceedingly positive. I believe that I was recommended to the operations manager, which provided them with a comprehensive understanding of my professional background. The process proceeded seamlessly, and the organization had a well-defined sense of the ideal candidate, which significantly advantaged me. I engaged in an initial telephone conversation with the recruiter, followed by my inaugural interview with the Operations leader. Subsequently, she arranged for me to interview with several team members to enable me to garner insights about the company and their perspectives. Following this, I received a communication from the Talent Acquisition Leader to delve deeper into the discussion of benefits and salary and address any queries I had. Promptly thereafter, I was presented with a verbal offer, succeeded by a written proposal. Although I engaged in negotiation, thereby extending the process, the organization displayed generosity and reasonableness in their compensation offer. As someone with over 20 years of industry experience coming from a competitor, they further extended an offer of additional paid time off (PTO) to bring me closer to the benefits I had accrued with my previous employer. Overall, the process was streamlined, and I am exceedingly content with my decision to accept. Everyone has been exceptionally pleasant, and I look forward to the prospects that my future with HUB holds.
