My interview process with HUB included two virtual interviews, the first one being over the phone with a Talent Manager, and the second one being over zoom with the HR panel. I was made to feel very comfortable and respected. This allowed me to show off who I am and why I would do well in this position. I would highly encourage anybody who is interested to apply for a position with HUB. Certainly don't let the interview process hinder you, because if anything it will further develop your personal growth.

What did you learn from your previous work experience and how has that affected the way you live your life?
Had a few zoom calls; basic typical questions that are asked in an interview. After that, had another call and was offered the job. Very pleasant experience and everyone was very down to earth

The interview process was easy-going and smooth in general. Was contacted with the hiring coordinator at first and was able to have another round of interview with managers of the region I applied to.

Entretien
The interview process was very easy and flexible, I felt that the people who interviewed me had my best interest in mind and wanted to learn more about me to see if I would be a fit with this team and this position. I enjoyed that it wasn't only questions like "If this happened what did you do or how did you react" it was more of a conversation . That made me less nervous because it didn't feel as much like an interview but more like talking to a boss or a coworker.
