It was an easy and smooth process. HR contacted me via email, then did a phone email and finally in-person interview. It was very engaging and smooth process. It was my first job interview, everyone was very professional, It was an great experience.

Q: How will you handle this situation, where you have a client you are already helping, you get a phone call and your colleague is standing behind you to ask an question.
The process started with an initial screening conversation followed by an in-person interview at the branch. The team asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions focused on customer service, communication, handling pressure, and adaptability. They also discussed licensing, training, expectations, scheduling, and long-term growth opportunities within the company.
