Thorough and thoughtful. The interview process was very interesting, as I enjoyed the opportunity to really dig into both what I would be doing and what I brought to the table. I felt very welcome from the first moment and left the process with both confidence and newfound insight into myself. I especially appreciated the far more complex personality matrix that required real thought and introspection.

Entretien
The interview process was warm and friendly, without taking up too much time. It was structured without being too formal, and the manager made me feel incredibly comfortable- this was the least nervous I have ever been for an interview, and it is entirely because of the manager. I came into the office for the interview and received a call back shortly after to begin the hiring process.

This will be a rough estimate as it's been a few weeks. The usual interview questions about describing a time you overcame a difficult obstacle, where you see yourself in five years, etc. There were some great questions in there as well to determine if my personality would fit well into the office, as well as my work ethic.

Entretien
Interviewers were friendly. They were informative about the company and the job. Both of them efficiently answered all of my questions. Asked questions of myself that made me think but let me know that this was a company that I knew would take my career here seriously.
