I had a discussion with the main producer that I would be working for and he put me in touch with the regional manager to discuss the position. Once agreed that I was a good candidate for the replacement of a retiring worker once the job posted I had to apply online and wait for further instructions.

The interview process was the best I have ever experienced.
I applied on a Sunday, received an initial interview request email the next day. After my initial interview which was that Wednesday, I had my 2nd interview the following Monday with the VP of Commercial Operations, Branch Manager and Team lead which streamlined the interview process.
I received an offer the day following my interview.
The booking system was seamless, I thoroughly enjoyed the TriMetrix assessment as it gave me a boost of confidence going into the interview.

The interview process was fairly easy. Some of it is done by phone and some in person. The few that I communicated with through the interview were so nice. I would say the interview process was not stressful.
