The interviewers were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the Company. I felt at ease and engaged. I was excited about the opportunity to join the Company. I accepted the position.

I had two phone calls with two different Managers. Informal conversations to see if I would be a good fit for the position. Discussed my experience and how my experience would relate to the position.

Enjoyable, as they were more interested in getting to know “me”, rather than spending time on the “HR” list of “tell me a time when….blah, blah, blah! The whole hiring process, I find, over the last many years-has lost sight of an interviewer actually thinking, listening, caring and appreciating that each person is different, comes from a different background, may take different paths-but has managed to reach a point in experience despite it being “unconventional” to the paper-written path described as “required”. It was refreshing to be recognized for the experience attained and actually listened to and appreciated for the path “I” have taken to get where I am today! Thank you!!!
