Entretien
It was a three step process. As the first step, the HR recruiter called on my mobile to inquire my interest, he gave a brief but detailed description of what the role will be and including the incentives the role came with. The next step was to complete an interactive online assessment, which required access to a laptop or desktop computer with audio capabilities and access to the Internet. The assessment takes roughly one hour to complete. Finally I was invited for a virtual interview.

I was asked about my work experiences and why I thought I was the ideal candidate to hire.
The interview was conducted virtually over Microsoft Teams and lasted approximately 30 minutes. It followed a fairly standard format, with questions focused on my experience, the role’s expectations, and how I would contribute.

Great! I had 1 phone interview with a leader and an in person interview with a branch manager. The interview questions were causal, it was very conversational, it was a very comfortable experience.

Virtual video interview. Very friendly and thorough. Gave plenty of information and was open to any and all questions asked. Provided contact information for any follow-up questions and information required.
