Firstly, there is a survey asking various questions about the applicant asked by the Talent Acquisition Office, Then, there is a personal phone interview from a Talent Acquisition Officer. Once they believe you have good qualities which match the job description, they will ask for an interview at the company. A face-to-face interview is conducted and results are provided within a week's time.

The interview process was very smooth. I had a one hour interview with my manager and the VP of my department, A week later I got a call from HR asking for some basic information i.e. visa status, how the interview went, would you be able to work in person, and salary expectations. A week after that I got a call with an offer.
