I recently interviewed for a personal insurance advisor position and had a great experience. The process was well organized and transparent. The interviewer was professional as well as friendly and asked thoughtful questions which helped me showcase my skills. Overall, it was a smooth and respectful experience.

I had applied for a position with Hub International on November 7, 2025 in the Hub International candidate portal. I had received response November 13, 2025 via email. Scheduled a Teams Meeting interview November 27th, 2025 and completed employee assessment survey on the same date. Correspondence had slowed down however we were entering into the holiday season. What I appreciated the most was Tricia (Hiring Manager) reaching out to me to advise the status of my application was still pending a review of their business needs. She had wanted to make sure we were still in touch during this consideration process. January 6th 2026 she had reached out again with an offer letter and meeting the previously discussed terms of employment.
