The process involved a few interviews: a phone interview, a Zoom interview, and an in-person interview on-site. The interviews were very professional. The first was getting to know the type of position and determining if I was a good fit. The later interviews involved more questions and discussions about my specific knowledge and skills to make sure I could handle the responsibilities the position calls for.
