Consisted of three interview process with a person of the team, a director and a hr manager. Is an average process but they did not communicate if you don't get selected.

I applied for the SEO Technical/Content Specialist position at HP. Initially, the hiring manager promptly scheduled an interview, which was a positive start. However, the process quickly turned disorganized. During the interview, I was informed that I also needed to meet with a recruiter, which hadn't been communicated earlier. I promptly scheduled an interview with the recruiter, but unfortunately, she never showed up. Subsequently, I had a second interview with another team member, but after that, I heard nothing back from anyone at HP. The entire experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of follow-through.
