very easy process and welcoming . the recruiter was very easy to speak to and it felt more like a conversation. the hr process was very helpful as they had forums to ask questions if you were unsure in any aspect

Resume Submission – Candidates first submit their application and resume through HP’s online career platform. HR Group Interview – Shortlisted candidates are invited to an online group interview hosted by HR. Case Discussion Assessment – Applicants for the Supply Chain Management track are gathered together and divided into groups to solve a case. Department managers observe the discussion and select candidates for the next stage. Final Interviews – The last step is individual interviews with the department manager and team members.

Very comfortable behavioral type. I enjoyed having a conversation with the interviewer rather than making it too professional. If it was any other way I feel that I would have been more nervous and not do as well in the interview.
