Der Prozess verlief schnell. Nach allen Gesprächen hatte ich ein sehr positives und wertschätzendes Gefühl. Insgesamt fanden 4 Gespräche statt, davon 1 Gespräch vor Ort um die Möglichkeit zuhaben, die Kollegen im Büro kennenzulernen.

Entretien
Interview process was fast and efficient < 2 weeks. All the interviewers really took time to understand your profile and experience, and share a lot of insights about the role, the team, the company, the challenges they faced etc. They managed to expedite the process and even worked on PH because of my tight timeline (which I really appreciate their efforts).
There was a total of 3 rounds interview:
#1 - TA Manager (SG)
#2 - TA Manager (Taiwan)
#3 - TA Director
Overall, really a very pleasant experience for me as a candidate!

Entretien
After a phone call with the Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region, I was invited to the Singapore office the following week to meet with several members of the Talent Acquisition/HR team. My interview lasted 2.5 hours and only one of the team members asked me any "real" questions; most just asked me to introduce myself and go over my work experience then told me about their individual roles and responsibilities at HP.
The last interviewer I met with gave me an office tour and then abruptly put me into the elevator to leave, letting me know I would be hearing back from a member of the team regarding any next steps and/or decisions. I checked in regularly the following weeks via email and not one person ever responded to me. Since it's been 2+ months, I think it's safe to assume that I was unsuccessful, but it would have been nice to receive some sort of notification on my rejection, especially since I was interviewing for a role on the Talent Acquisition Team.
Though I had a generally positive experience in the office (aside from the rushed exit), I have to say the lack of communication following my interview has made my candidate experience with HP quite poor.
