The overall process was so unstructured and prolonged. I applied online. I had total of 4 interviews with five individuals. Started my first round of interviews with the hiring manager, passed on the other members of the team. Questions from hiring manager were little technical, but nothing too difficult to answer. Next two rounds of interviews were fine, they were smooth just any other interviews. However, the last round of interview was a panel interview. And one particular team member was little difficult to speak with. He bombarded with tons of technical terms in forecasting and data analytics that I had no knowledge of. And generally, he was very unpleasant to speak with. I tried to recover multiple times to divert the direction of the conversation, and worked hard to stay positive and alert. I suspected that I probably didn't pass that round right away. To be honest, I didn't think I passed the first three rounds of interviews.
But it took nearly two months after the last round of interview to finally reject my candidacy, which I thought was pretty ridiculous.
