J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez HP Inc.
Entretien
One coding round- Basic coding question. reverse a string etc
One technical F2F- Mostly on webservices, soap and rest both
One managerial round
Apparently the interviewer was unaware of cloud foundry or any of the PaaS concept so got confused when got to know .jar can also be deployed on the server. For him its only war files world.

Question 1
Coding: Generic quesiton like singleton classes, some coding exercises which can be found in geekforgeeks
Technical: Microservices, architecture, different ways to call microservice etc. Very easy questions.
Pros:
Collaborative and friendly work environment
Opportunities to learn and grow, especially for freshers
Supportive team and approachable management
Flexibility in work schedule and good work-life balance
Exposure to real-time projects and modern tools
Cons:
Limited advancement opportunities in some departments
Processes can be slow at times due to internal dependencies
Compensation may not be at par with industry leaders, but fair for the level
After successfully completing all the interviews and being selected, I was deeply disappointed to never receive the offer letter as promised. This experience has been extremely disheartening. Waste of time and energy.
