After interviewing with the hiring manager she was so impressed that she offered me the position on the spot. There were a couple of emails exchanged and how soon I could start and a recruiter would be in touch with the next hiring steps. Disappointingly....2 days later I revived an email that said they decided to go in a different direction and I was no longer offered the position!!!
