Its quite a long process. Once you submit your CV, you will be directed to do it online test & interview. The next step is HR interview. From the previous stage to this stage was approximately 2-3 months. Then if you passed the HR interview, you will be invited for on ground assessment. Be ready because this stage is very tiresome as it will take you a full day to do FGD, user interview, and business case presentation. After you passed the on ground assessment, you will then interview with BOD (most likely VP, directors or head of your function). Then if you passed all that, you will then need to do MCU and you got the job!
