My interview process was different than most as I networked my way into the interview. I went in, sat down with an Engineer and a Manager, They asked me a few generic questions, what my experiences were, and then it turned into them trying to convince me it was a good place to work. I already knew a bit about the company, and had a fair amount of experience from internships, so it worked out well.
