Very straight forward interview process. I got the sense that they were an extremely close knit team, more behavioral questions than actual skill based (it was for an entry level role).

Entretien
3 step interview process. Just phone interview with recruiter, followed by interview with department and regional accountant a week later. Last interview the next week with department accountant again and another member of team. Each interview is easy and asks about your day to day tasks in current work. Very conversational style. not intimidating. Process is taking over a month.

Entretien
Had a short conversation with a recruiter on the phone the day I applied online and scheduled an in person interview. I had about a 7-person panel interview, 1 person was very friendly, but the rest showed no interest during the interview and looked like they didn't want to be there. Took over a month to get my rejection email.
