Laid back. Relaxed. After the interview was complete, I was told to contact them if I didn't hear back in a few days. I contacted the person three times and never received even a notification on what their decision was. I didn't even receive an email letting me know they found a better qualifying candidate. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
