Interview process was rather sales related and problem solving. They want to see how you analyse situation and customer service. In addition they want you to be able to handle situation in a calm and persuasive manner. In addition, they want a manager who are very cheerful and love to interact with people. You have to able to be independent and manage the stores your own with your crew member. You have to be able to resort problem that arise in the store during your duty.

Tell me about yourself and your working experience. How do you deal with difficult staff? If you have a difficult customer that are not happy with your staff, how do you deal with them? What actions do you take against your staff if they are found guilty.

2 interviews, one of them in person, the other one was online. Very professional interview process. They were very fast moving from one interview to the next. I would say it was a very comfortable process as well.
Detail orientated, plan and goal driven. Created and presented action plan and broke it down by month to month. Provided a detailed step by step process on how to achieve these goals.

It was fast and with 2 current managers. The position was open at both stores so it was a double interview. Come prepared with background knowledge of the company. Okay.
