J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez H&M (Barnet, Angleterre) en mai 2025
Entretien
My initial application was given a response in 4 days and i was invited to a group interview. There were 7 of us and 2 interviewers. It started off with introductions from both the interviews and the interviewees and why we wanted to join H&M. Then we were asked if we knew anything about H&M - e.g. their values. Then we were split into groups to create outfits for specific scenarios then we presented this back to the group. We then wrote down our hobbies and interests and presented this back to the group. We were then asked quick fire questions ( each person asked 2 questions ) relating to work/life environment, general fun questions etc. After this we received a form regarding our availability and then the interview was over. It lasted approximately 1hr and 30mins but was originally scheduled for 2 hours. They respond to applications within 2 weeks ( it was this long as there were 2 other group interviews to be held )

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
