Very thorough interview process. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and stress free, but the questions were challenging and thought provoking. The interview I had was with the Recruiting Manager who hires Managers throughout the area.

2 interviews, one of them in person, the other one was online. Very professional interview process. They were very fast moving from one interview to the next. I would say it was a very comfortable process as well.
Detail orientated, plan and goal driven. Created and presented action plan and broke it down by month to month. Provided a detailed step by step process on how to achieve these goals.

It was fast and with 2 current managers. The position was open at both stores so it was a double interview. Come prepared with background knowledge of the company. Okay.
