Applied through the H&M website and was offered an interview about a month later. It was a group interview at the Brixton Branch. I dressed in a skirt and a shirt with converses but the three other candidates wore jeans and tshirts so it’s a pretty casual interview. Was asked questions about what to do in certain situations, what we thought the values meant and what interested us about fashion and how we’d express it at work if hired. After that we filled out our details and done :)

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
