This was a group interview with 10-20 people. They had us perform several tasks such as demonstrating your sense of style, teamwork, and customer interaction. After this there were no second interviews, they just contacted a week later to offer the role.

During mass-recruitment period, interview was conducted in a team-role play kind of direction. Felt that they were observing how we interact and work together in a team despite everyone being relatively unknown with each other.
