It was fun, fast, nervous. At the same time they gave me a feeling of searching H&M enthusiastic. I haven't shop in H&M anymore after teen time, it was difficult for me to answer the memership questions.

we did a 2 persons pair up and answered questions of how can we improve customer service; what to improve in the store
Individual questions: who do you admire; what motiviated you;
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
