I applied online, and received a phone call shortly after. They asked if I was available for a phone interview and asked several questions regarding work experience, why I want to work with them, availability, the normal stuff. I was then asked to come in for an interview a couple days later. At that interview, I met with a different person. They gave me a sheet with a run down of the position, what the company is about, what to expect on the job, what they expect from employees/applicants. They ask you several series of questions regarding their values and put you in scenarios when dealing with customers or other employees. You also sign a background check. It lasted around 25-35 minutes.
I left and about 3 or 4 days later I received a call telling me my background check came back clear and that they wanted to see me the next day. So I go in, we talk about how I felt leaving the first 1 on 1 interview, and they said they wanted to bring me on board to the company! I received some paperwork to sign, a "Growth Guide" folder, and was told when to come in for my introduction!
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
