we went around the shop in groups and played out situations of what might happen and after that they asked us questions such as why we wanted to work there, how we could improve the shop and what we liked about it and why we wanted to work there
Mi hanno fatto le classiche domande da hr. Tutto ok e conforme al lavoro svolto. Mi hanno ricontattata dopo poco e ho accettato la posizione lavorativa. Sono cambiate poi dopo il colloquio.

1. Telefonat und kurzes Telefoninterview mit HR. - was auch sehr angenehm und nett verlaufen ist.
2. Interview mit Store Manager und Teamleiter im jeweiligen Store vor Ort. - was so gemischt verlaufen ist.

Entretien
The branch manager was very nice. Asked about work experience, my expectations. I was interested in H&M Home section of the store. She told me there's no solid separations between the sections and employees are expected to share the workload in times of need. I was told there are 4000 visitors daily in the branch. Full-time position is 180h monthly, in a week 4 shifts+1 shift either on Friday or Saturday evening. First 6 months they pay 37 shekels per hour, then 39 shekels.
