Entretien
There were two interviews: one individual and the another group. The individual interview was a regular interview. The group was different. They made the groups work together under a time constraint to mimic what a typical day would be like. At the end of the group interview, the interviewer asked each member of the group to write something good that the person did and something that they can improve in. I think if someone was very harsh on another member, they wouldn't have been chosen due to their word choices.

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Entretien
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
