I filled out an online application where I also attached a formal résumé as well as a personality test that featured questions that had to do with different scenarios. About 3 days later I got my first phone call and had two phone interviews over all followed by an in depth face-to-face interview where they offered the job to me at the end.

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Entretien
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
