J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez H&M (Melbourne) en août 2015
Entretien
I applied online and got an email a week later offering a group interview. The group interview was very laid back and we talked in a circle with about 6 others about why we wanted to work for H&M ect
then we went on to do a group task and we have to figure out solutions together to specific problems eg. A customer wants to use the staff toilets? you have caught a co worker smoking in the stock room?
Then we did a task where we had to put all the clothes on display in 5 minutes while having "role playing customers" ask you questions while you were quickly organising the stock on the shop floor.
My best advice is to research H&M before hand and use leadership and teamwork organisation in the activities mentioned above and you will do fantastic!

Group interview where we played out around four or five different scenarios. Testing how you would overcome certain challenges as well as your creativity and flare for fashion. We found out if we had the job later in the day by email.
A group interview in their assessment center with about 15 girls overall present and we had to do several different activities to clear the interview.
3 managers were present for the interview.

It was a group interview with about 7-8 people. Before walking in, our group used the opportunity to talk to each other and become acquainted, that way the interview became less nerve-wracking for all of us. First, we had to watch a video about H&M and comment on it as a group. Then we sat in a circle and discussed various scenarios as a group and how we would solve them if there were no managers present at the store. The last stage was more practical. We had to set up a mini store and had 5 minutes to work as a team to set up a store front, placing clothes on the front table by following an outfit guide they gave us and placing clothes on railings at the back.
All in all, it was a very great experience. It was my first time doing a group interview so I didn't know what to expect, but it was a lot less nerve-wracking than I thought.

Question 1
What can you do to maximise the customer's experience in the store?
The store is closing in 5 minutes, you have 5 rails of clothing to sort out, but customers walked in asking for help with sizes and styling. What do you do?
