The interview process is fairly laid back. They tell you come how you would normally dress at work and be yourself. Ask you simple questions about your past retail experiences. Also they ask you for 3 pros that you noticed at the store and 3 cons that you noticed while waiting for your interview.

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
