J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez H&M
Entretien
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.

First they phone screen you, basically ask you questions about previous experience (if you have any), and they try to get a feel for your personality. If you pass the phone screening, they tell you right away by setting you up for an in-person interview. I was told it would be an interview with the 3 main managers but it ended up being 2 different department managers from the store. One asks questions and the other takes notes while you talk. If the interview goes well they ask you to submit to a background check. If that goes well they set you up for a second interview with the store manager. If that goes well they offer you the job and start your training.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Question 1
Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
