I only got to the phone stage but I've heard that it's a long process. What I thought was most sad was that they asked how comfortable I was with restructuring. I understand this is standard business practice but I'm not sure it sets a good tone to work for a good company if that's mentioned right away.

Simple process has 3-4 rounds of interview depending upon job role, Initial rounds are taken by HR, then Function head will ask technical and situation based ethical questions after that Country level and Regional level rounds happens
