I applied online on H&M's official website. The interview was a three part: The first part is basically the phone call you receive from H&M. I applied two days before getting a phone call. It took about 20 mins to answer all his questions. When he finally thought I was suit out for the job, he set up an interview at the HR department which is located in downtown Montreal (a week later). The interview at the HR department is the second part. We were set as a group (about 15 of us) and then divided by 5 (3 groups). Each group had two managers, one who asks basic questions and the other takes notes! If they like you enough, they'll call you within an hour to invite you to the third interview. I received the call 15 mins later and I was invited to come the next day. The last interview was a much smaller group (6 of us). The interview was more practical in a sense that we were asked to do activities and hang clothing, build castles and whatnot. Basically, it's testing our multitasking skills. It lasted 40 mins. Then once more, we were divided into groups of two and placed in a room and were told that we were in and that we were hired! We ended up being 4/6 getting in ! The only thing that was left to do was sign the contract and we were given the welcome package.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
