Applied online then relieved phone interview after few weeks out the blue, went well very friendly lady, then after that asked to go for group interview which again went ok, only 12 out of 28 turned up so we where paired up and had to do various tasks (returning clothes back from rail, choose icon then pick outfits, change outfit to another similar one and why) asked a few questions along the way but I done my research and it payed off as they seemed impressed. Got a call the next day to come along to the final interview , a 1-1 I think which is more about availability and final suitability.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
