It was a 3 step process. Initial phone screen where they asked high level questions about my background then second interview that was virtual with an HR Manager where they had more specific questions geared around the job role and how you lead people and deliver customer experience and then a final interview with the Area Sales manager that had very targeted scenario questions on how I would handle specific situations both operationally and employee relations. It was followed up by a JO in 24 hrs.

Fue fluida y amable. Me dejaron expresarme y no me hicieron preguntas trampas. Todo muy bien. Le hicieron 2 entrevistas y me explicaron muy bien el proceso. Me llamaron cada vez de cada entrevista en el plazo marcado.
