Phone interview with recruiter and personality test was made. Secondly a full day at the office with interviews (two very small and easy cases) and intro to the company. Very poorly planned and it could have been done in two hours instead. Last step was with a senior manager, pure fit interview.

Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
