I applied online and after a month I get and offer for a phone interview. I've prepared for this interview that was very formal and easy. When I got the answer no I was asking myself what value is necessary to continue the interview process. Perhaps more LUCK :)))

What attracted you to H&M?
What about your personal and professional strengths?
They had a quick phone interview as a first step with quite general questions. Mainly I was asked to talk about myself and what I want in the future. Felt like the interviewer wanted to get it over with.

Entretien
First phone interview with simple questions.
Then a 2 part interview of 1 hour personality questions and 1 hour skills questions/test. Interview in person was in Stockholm. You pay for the flights and tickets and they reimburse the money, this took a while.
