Interviewers combining questions : testing management skills , but as well the knowledge of certain areas
Simple process has 3-4 rounds of interview depending upon job role, Initial rounds are taken by HR, then Function head will ask technical and situation based ethical questions after that Country level and Regional level rounds happens
