Group interview. We had to do few group tasks like sorting out clothes. Then I got invited for interview with manager and hr representative. They asked me about my previous jobs and problems related to them. Shortly described what will my job look like etc.
One on one with the store manager, relatively casual interview with questions such as your background and any relative experience with sales. Overall, it’s not a hard interview, just make sure to be polite and enthusiastic.

I applied and then didn't hear back for almost three months. When I did have an interview they acted like they couldn't be bothered to waste their time to find employees.

Not hard i would say it was pretty average. It was quick and straightforward. They were nice and told me i would here from them in a few days to tell me know if i got the job or not
