Applied online then was called about 2-3 weeks later for a phone interview. Directly after phone interview, I was asked to come for a group interview/assessment session where they held another face to face interview with one of the head managers. Received a call the following day for an interview at the branch I applied for with the manager. At the third interview, I was offered the job and I took it! Very nice and easy interviews, great people.
