Flaky process. I interviewed numerous times (4) and did not receive follow-up. The worst part is that I was re-contacted, came back in to meet other team members and did not hear a thing from the hiring leader. I followed up many times.

How would you approach the problem when you are not given much support
The interview process typically involves an application review, a phone or video screening, followed by in-person or virtual interviews with team members. It may include technical assessments, behavioral questions, and discussions about the role, company culture, and compensation.
Very lengthy interview with a long list of questions about your experience, case based questions which may or may not be relevant to your profile. They ask for examples even for things you have not done. No update post the interview, no reason was provided for not selecting.
