I had two rounds of interview.First was with HR and Immediate senior and next round with department head.It was difficult and very professional interview process. 1:1 discussion with HR and reporting senior it help us understand the job profile and about work cultre.

Internal hiring- conducted by Manager and HR. Written interview was also conducted wherein various scenario was given for candidate to present as per his knowledge and experience. Questions regarding product details, merchandising skills, previous company, working exposure were asked. The interview has been detailed, comprehensive and quite time taking.
