Entretien
I have applied to some of H&M stores in München. The first call was quite fast. 3 days after i applied the assistant store called me but unfortunately i couldn't answer the call. I called them back few hours later but she's already gone home. The following week, the assistant called me back and we made an appointment for interview. The interview was relax, simple. Took only 10 mins. I applied for part time, but i could only work from 9 to 16. She said it's not easy. Because they have 2 shifts. In the morning which starts at 6 or in the afternoon at 15. But she said she would ask the manager whether they could work it out. But it has small chance. After this interview, unexpectedly i got a call from another H&M store. But this time, she interviewed me directly on the phone. She asked again about the working time. And she said sorry that they couldn't accept me. I got other phone calls from other H&M stores. All of them couldn't work for me.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
