Entretien
After applying I moved on to case questions and tests, then a telephone interview and last step was a recruitment day in Stockholm.
Furthermore they did not inform if you passed on to the next steps according to the dates they told they would. It took way longer!
I was at the recruitment day in October (6 weeks ago), and I still haven't received the travel compensation, which I think is REALLY UNSATISFYING since it clearly written in the email for the invitation to the recruitment day that you will be compensated if you are travelling from abroad, which I was.

Question 1
The case questions were similar to the questions on The Business Controller App available in AppStore, but also a lot of standard questions like: Where do you see yourself in 5 years, how would your siblings describe you, tell about a conflict at a prior job etc.

Entretien
Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
Application ~ Assessment which I did well in but got no interview invite despite this. I think it’s unfortunate we spend lots of time to prepare for an assessment when we don’t get considered despite doing well and meeting all requirements
First you had to do logical and personality testing through AON.
Second a HR interview with a focus on your past experiences.
Then if you pass this you go through to the next stage meeting business controllers and doing one more personality interview and a case interview.
